Everyday Breads: The Basics
French Baguette
This is a simple loaf for every day eating. From sandwiches to bruschetta or for dipping in sauces.
Round Frenchy
This loaf is a baguette in the form of a circle. It has a custy outer layer and is great for parties. Fill the center with any sort of dipping sauce of your choice.
Artisan Italian
Crusty on the outside and airy on the inside. This loaf is simple but delicious for any meal.
Artisan Rye
Made with a light Rye flour & Caraway seeds, this is a simple and light creation. Toasted with butter, you can not go wrong.
Artisan Wheat
If you are looking for an italian bread but like more wheat flour than white, then this loaf is the one for you. Just the right hint of wheat.
Artisan Sourdough
The starter was wheat flour. Then baked with all-purpose to make one delicious creation! Crusty on the outside and light and airy on the inside.
White Sandwich Bread
This is the basic everyday sandwich bread anyone will eat from grilled cheese to peanut butter and jelly.
Light Wheat Sandwich Bread
This loaf is the same as the basic White sandwich bread, but made with a small portion of wheat flour. I’ve made this for my kiddos to sneak in some more wheat.
Potato Bread
With its golden outside layer and fluffy inside, this loaf is a delicious loaf for any sandwich.
Dinner Rolls
Made with my fluffy and chewy potato bread. Perfect for a warm, buttery companion to family dinner time.
Twisted Challah
Great Looking bread to impress your Family and guests. Light and fluffy, you can pull this bread apart and enjoy it with a great stew or soup.
Hamburger Rolls
If you need the perfect hamburger bun, this one is the perfect choice. It is even great for everyday cold cut sandwiches.
Hot Dog Buns
The perfect pair for any hot dog. I used my potato bread recipe which comes out light and fluffy. Better than your normal store bought rolls!

Marble Rye
This giant loaf is a twisted bread with two types of Rye. One light rye and one dark rye. This loaf is a beautiful creation that toasts up great with some butter.
Pumpernickel
This pumpernickel has the perfect balance of rye and carawy seeds. Cut up to serve as a bread bowl or make into your favorite sandwich.
Specialty Breads
English Muffins
These sky high english muffins are the perfect start to any morning. Make some eggs and you have yourself the best Egg sandwich.
Southern Style Biscuits
Nothing is better than a buttery biscuit with even more butter or served with your favorite meal. I make them with Gravy and Eggs to make the perfect Biscuits and Gravy.
Brioche Bread
Not your average Brioche bread, this is slightly more dense than your average sweet bread. Great with some butter or Jelly of your choice with a side of coffee/tea.
Pretzels
There is nothing better than a warm salted pretzel, for a quick bite. These pretzels can be formed into the traditional pretzel shape of Bavarian/Stick form.
Pretzel Rolls
These pretzel rolls are just as perfect as my pretzels. They are about palm sized, so are great for sliders or just served with some creamy soups.
Bagels
Nothing can beat a toasted bagel with butter or cream cheese. The perfect start with a morning coffee/tea, or even made into a bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

Irish Soda Bread
This sweet bread is the perfect pair with Corn beef to celebrate St. Patricks Day! Or to start your morning right with a slice and a coat of butter.

Chocolate Babka
This loaf reminds me of a ‘Pain au Chocolat’ which can be found at any French bakery. It is a sweet buttery bread with a twist of chocolate.

Slightly sweeter biscut great for beakfast, Coffee, tea or a snack.

This is my own twist on Cinnamon bread. Filled with Raisins, this bread is baked on high heat which creates a delicious crusty layer.

These muffins are a great healthy breakfast or snack choice for everyone in the house.
